Vanity Cabinet
Our first goal was to give the vanity a face lift, we wanted to updated from a boring old builders grade vanity. We decided on shaker style cabinet doors, and my husband, Kevin, built the cabinet doors.
We then painted the cabinet. To be honest, this was a task. This is one of my first experiences painting a cabinet and it was important for me to use a low/ no VOC paint. (Soon I’ll write a blog post on the importance of Low/ No VOC paints and indoor air quality.)
Primer: Kilz Premium Primer Low Odor- Zero VOC
Cabinet Paint: Valspar Signature Zero VOC- Semi-gloss
It’s really amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do…. before the bathroom felt dingy and dated now it’s bright, fresh and clean!
